2. Financial Risk

Invoice discounting involves financial risk. Payments depend on the buyer’s ability and willingness to honor their obligations.

You must exercise due diligence before entering into any financing arrangement.

CJO International shall not be liable for fraudulent, false, or inaccurate information provided by Users.
 
4. Third-Party Dependencies

The Platform operates in collaboration with banks, corporates, and service providers.

CJO International is not responsible for disruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems, networks, or regulatory restrictions.
 
5. No Guarantee of Funding
- 
Access to invoice discounting or financing is subject to eligibility, verification, and partner approval.

Submission of an invoice does not guarantee that funds will be provided.
 - 
Funding terms, rates, and timelines may vary based on risk assessment and agreements with financiers.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJO International shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.
 - 
Damages resulting from reliance on information provided via the Platform.
