  • The Platform and its services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties or guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

  • CJO International does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, cyber threats, or technical disruptions.

  • Information provided on the Platform, including financial insights or advisory content, is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Financial Risk

  • Invoice discounting involves financial risk. Payments depend on the buyer’s ability and willingness to honor their obligations.

  • Early access to funds does not guarantee recovery of the full invoice value if the buyer defaults.

  • SMEs should carefully assess their financial position before submitting invoices for discounting.

  • CJO International is not responsible for losses resulting from buyer insolvency, delayed payments, or disputes over invoices.

3. User Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that invoices submitted are valid, undisputed, and legally enforceable.

  • You must exercise due diligence before entering into any financing arrangement.

  • CJO International shall not be liable for fraudulent, false, or inaccurate information provided by Users.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

  • The Platform operates in collaboration with banks, corporates, and service providers.

  • CJO International is not responsible for disruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems, networks, or regulatory restrictions.

5. No Guarantee of Funding

  • Access to invoice discounting or financing is subject to eligibility, verification, and partner approval.

  • Submission of an invoice does not guarantee that funds will be provided.

  • Funding terms, rates, and timelines may vary based on risk assessment and agreements with financiers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJO International shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.

  • Damages resulting from reliance on information provided via the Platform.

7. User Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • All financial transactions carry risk.

  • You are responsible for seeking independent financial, legal, or tax advice where necessary.

  • You have read, understood, and accepted the risks described in this Notice.
