By using this Platform, you confirm that you:

CJO International does not guarantee that every submitted invoice will be approved for discounting. Approval is at the discretion of our partner financial institutions.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

Use the Platform lawfully and not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity.

5. Fees and Charges

Fees applicable to invoice discounting or related services will be communicated prior to confirmation of each transaction.

By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to pay the stated charges.

Fees are subject to periodic review, and updates will be communicated on the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or unlawful use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and where unresolved, referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
12. Amendments
